About islamic philosophy
Islamic philosophy is an Islamic science that uses rational and demonstrative methods to address the general issues of existence, knowledge, the soul, God, and religion. Al-Kindi is considered the first Muslim philosopher, and Al-Farabi is considered the founder of Islamic philosophy. Islamic philosophy has three important schools: Wisdom of Peripatetic, Wisdom of illumination, and transcendental wisdom. Al-Farabi, Avicenna, Suhrawardi, Averroes, Mir Damad and Mulla Sadra are among the most important Muslim philosophers, and the books Al-Isharat wa al-Tanbihat, Al-Shifa, Hikmat al-Ishraq, Qhabasat, Al-Hikmat al-mutaaliya fi l-asfar al-aqliyya al-arbaa, Al-Shawadhid Al-Rububiyyah, Sharh Manzuma, and Nihayat al-Hikmah are among the most prominent texts of Islamic philosophy
